I think they are just gaslighting customers. I remember George Foreman Fosgates and Majestic amps than would get painfully hot that kept on trucking.Apparently many units were getting hot and causing issues with functionality. So much so that D4S had to make a video talking about properly mounting the amps so that they can get the required air flow to cool them. Basically it was due mostly to operator error.

Still got 2 Punch 45's!I think they are just gaslighting customers. I remember George Foreman Fosgates and Majestic amps than would get painfully hot that kept on trucking.
Panasonic used to make some really good decks. I bought my last one in 2000.I started playing with car audio in 1977. My first " system" was a panaso ic head unit (cassette) with a muntz 2 channel Amp I used to ruin a pair of Panasonic 3 ways and a single 12 jbl I stole from my bass players cabinant. My next payday I added another muntz Amp since my Panasonic had 2 rca outs. I was 16 and so began a lifetime love of car audio and many excessive vehicle noise citations. I'm 63 now and still bumpin!!!
WOW!!!
I'd love a damn volume knob.WOW!!!
A deck with an EQ right on the face. That would be a nice touch on today's units.
Pics are much more fun!Just got 1 back in my car with the SJoyBring JOY-W022. I love that head unit over the Atoto A6 Pro.
