Old Navy Scam!! Has this happend to you?

So here it goes my mom and my sister got all excited about this $10 Sale that was going on at Old Navy and OldNavy.com on the weekend of 11/25/05. So after spending hours on the internet buying $400 worth of stuff; Old Navy calls my sister and mom to tell them that their order could not be processed due to system upgrades!?!?!(My sister placed an order at her house and my mom at her house...so it was 2 orders not just one) On top of that they are not going to honor the price for the $10 items!!! The best that they could do was 20% off their next purchase. This is the kicker......my sister went and placed an order online again with the 20% off discount and she got an e-mail almost right away saying that her order would not be processed for 3 to 6 months due to system upgrades?!?! Has anyone heard about this or had this happen to them. Please post your stories. If this is a scam we need to catch these a$$ holes.
