I dont know about the newer ones, but those older ones tended to want to be tuned high and play burps. I was never all that impressed with them on a musically based system. They can get pretty loud tho, and are impressive looking drivers.

I dont believe mmats actually made them. I wish I could remember the buildhouse for those old Juggs, but it escapes me atm.

 
I plan to run it in 4^ft tuned to 35hz. I'll start with around 1500 rms and go from there. I kind of wanted this sub because you don't really see any of them around. This is not going in a sq setup by any means but if it sounds too poor on music i'll switch it up. thanks for your input.
