If you're talking to me, I certainly did. It took you - a company rep - a week to handle this. How hard is it to make a phone call or shoot an email? Clearly, this doesn't speak highly of good costumer service, or the company's/rep's attitude - and I see no reason for anyone to support such a venture. Defend your profit motive all you like, it doesn't change the lackluster attitude. A week for you to post, seemingly in hopes of getting your own and trying to keep your business flowing? GMAFB! Attacking me doesn't change a thing; the firm's/rep's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Have fun shilling just to make a buck. Is it my turn to roll my eyes?

 
Then yes it is quite apparent that you did Not read the thread. If you had, then you would see this had absolutely nothing to do with me. When I found the thread, I dug into it. 4 days later and a new driver is on its way. That is bad representation? I guess your the type that if something happens you want it corrected at 2 in the morning to, right?

Make a phone call? Shoot an email? I do not know this guy from Adam. I was not aware of the situation until it was presented to me, in which case I handled it quite promptly. However I suppose 4 days is way too long for someone like yourself.

thanks again don.. sorry i hope i didnt seem like i was being rude or making a huge deal about it.. and actually wanted to forget about this post.. i know you had nothing to do with it.. i was just getting kinda frustrated and this was before i talked to you.. also i know the model is discontinued.. so i wasnt sure how much time i even had left...
and just so everyone else knows.. don (6spdcoupe) had absolutely nothing to do with the original sale or having it sent in for warranty. there was just some kind of mix up i guess somewhere between me and the orignal dealer (who i had no problems with buying from or having it sent in) , but either way, once i talked to don, the situation is being taken care of ASAP. thanks again man

I didn't miss it, nor do I see how it matters. Did it not take you a week to take care of a company's client? I can't believe that you're seemingly proud of the firm's attitude that postponed a resolution when it could have been taken care of almost immediately. It doesn't even matter who's to blame - the contact at the company who took his time to resolve the issue, or you.

In regards to the time frame, you are away Rainbow is in Germany right? Not exactly immediate contact within the same hours. I was stepped in on the 19th and had a driver on its way on the 22nd. Pretty quick considering the situation and Again something that is Not my responsibility.

Even if he did know about the problem, 4 days isn't alot of time. Took Sundown 3 Days to help me before, does thst make him bad? DD never responds to emails, and Fi takes 2 days to respond. Usually about a week before something productive gets done, does that make them bad too?

Sure, the time difference is 4 days, not 5-6 hours. Depending on the time of day the firm was contacted, a resolution could have been reached the same day and that's a fact.
