Ohm reading at voice coils

I have a 1 ohm dvc and my voice coils are reading at .25 but the subwoofer seems fine and beats hard. It does have a recone on it. When I put the meter in the terminals it's reading

Garbage metter is garbage. If everything's fine then I certainly wouldn't get my panties in a bunch over some cheap *** metter. When you touch the two leads together what does it read?
