Oh Noes! Someone help meee :(

Sounds like something in the power supply shorted to ground. You could try checking from different components to ground on each amp to try and locate the one that failed.

 
Sounds like a short in there somewhere. You can open both of the ones you have and do a little signal tracing in there to find the faulty component. Since the green light doesn't even come on I would start in the power supply.
By the way, the green power light for the amp didnt come on because the fuse in the distro got blown (from excessive current due to the short)

Sweet. I got the info...

see what the internal resistance of the DMM is by touching it's positive and negative together.....every dmm thats not hundreds and hundreds of dollars will tend to read some small resistance when u touch the + and - together, then you just have to subtract that number from what you're reading......dunno if that helps at all...
