Alright last stupid question.. Let's say the psp.com says I cut my flared port to say 2.75... Since I have flares on both sides that accounts for both flares or do I have to cut an extra inch to account for the flare inside the box?

if it says 2.75 flared length, then that is how long it needs to be with both flares on, just measure from tip to tip, but im not sure that those flares can get that short.

no problem man. just remember when you measure the ports with the flares on subtract 1 inch, they are 18 inch long with flares and 17 in usable port
