Obam 1600.2 amp is garbage

Hey guys I purchased an Obam 1600 watt 2 channel amp this weekend tto push my one 15" L7. This is the biggest peice of garbage on the planet.

What am I going to need to honestly make this sub sound good, but isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg?

The Kicker is a dual 4 ohm voice coil wired at 2 ohms.

I have an MTX6500d if you are interested, does 750 or so @ 2 ohm, would be perfect for that sub and not be garbage.
