i got a dui just 3 months ago..though i was .03 over the .08 legal limit..

i ended up paying 4 grand said and done with all the classes, eval's, tow and fines..

and i got my license back with no suspension..i paid like 600 extra to not have a suspended..it was well worth it imo..

i was never thrown in jail, simply sat in the processing room while i got my mug's takin. i was let out 1 1/2 hours later...total from pulled over to let out was 2 1/2 hr's

if i was a cop i'd let ya fly home...

what i learned in dui class is that those listerine strips make you blow way over ( twice) the legal limit after 1 hr of taking it..not good at all
