Well he said they passed. But yeah, when you are doing those tests its usually recorded for evidence.

Usually if you fail the soberity test then you get arrested in the state of Ohio. Then they deport you to the jail and you do the breathalyizer test there. So did you get arrested?

no, when the transfered me to gen pop or whatever the fuck you call it, i had to dress out. i went to court the next day after i posted bail but i was of course wearing street clothes
