I never said they didn't make good subs. I never said they had bad prices. I never said good things about them did NOT exist. All I ever really said was that they lack in one of the MOST important areas which is customer service. What I also said that I (not everyone but I) would not deal with the company because to me the great subs weren't worth waiting that long for.
In short, my opinion is that just because a company makes great products does NOT make it ok to have piss poor customer service. If that is something you and alot of other guys on here are willing to overlook because you like the subs that much then go ahead and overlook it, its your system and your choice.
