Not happy with my 15" XXX performance

I don't know why you guys even bother with a company that can't even keep up with demand. I don't care how good the equipment is, customer service is just as important as the product and RE can't even keep up. Say someone blew a sub that was covered under warranty, would they be waiting 3 or 4 months to get a new one?? No thanks.
There are advantages and disadvantages to dealing with a small manufacturer. Don't just key in on the negative aspects of it.

The fact that you cannot see any positives in chosing a small company like RE (speaker quality, innovative technology like xbl^2, competitive performance for low prices, etc) does not mean they do not exist. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I never said they didn't make good subs. I never said they had bad prices. I never said good things about them did NOT exist. All I ever really said was that they lack in one of the MOST important areas which is customer service. What I also said that I (not everyone but I) would not deal with the company because to me the great subs weren't worth waiting that long for.

In short, my opinion is that just because a company makes great products does NOT make it ok to have piss poor customer service. If that is something you and alot of other guys on here are willing to overlook because you like the subs that much then go ahead and overlook it, its your system and your choice.

I agree. Their customer service is pretty bad. It took them a month to send in my friends sx. This is why I like pg so much. They have the best product service ive ever delt with. HOw many companies do you know, that will fix things that you didnt buy with a warranty. Nothing against re, just agreeing with adam on some things.

My point has been you are only keying in on the negative aspects of dealing with a small company (slow service sometimes, etc) and ignoring the positives. Its sort of sad, one thing American's still do right is build big bad-*** subwoofers. Yet so many American car audio enthusiasts don't even see it. They want a Japanese speaker to go in theirt Japanese car. *shrug* /end rant

 
i ordered my SX, they sent it out the next day i sent in my XXX for recone they sent it back out the next day, from my expirence i didnt wait any time with them, and i alaways get them on first or second call
