What word games?? I said their customer service leaves alot to be desired, thats all I said. So saying that automatically means that I think nothing good exists at RE? If you read back in this thread on more than one occasions I said they made good products, another post I noted that they made great subs and if someone can overlook the bad cust service then that was their choice.
My point has been you are only keying in on the negative aspects of dealing with a small company (slow service sometimes, etc) and ignoring the positives.

You want to hate on small companies for not living up to the 'service' of a JL Audio, RF, Sony etc, by all means go shop at BestBuy. Its sort of sad, one thing American's still do right is build big bad-*** subwoofers. Yet so many American car audio enthusiasts don't even see it. They want a Japanese speaker to go in theirt Japanese car. *shrug* /end rant
I see it but I don't want to wait months for a sub. Let alone wait even longer for a replacement if there is a problem with it. Oh and one more thing Mr. American made, what brand head unit do you own? what brand amp do you own?? Where is most of that made..........guarantee its not here in the US. Atleast not all of them are. I'm all for American made merchandise but if RE wants to earn MY patronage and business they have to improve on the CUST Srvc end of it first.
