What word games?? I said their customer service leaves alot to be desired, thats all I said. So saying that automatically means that I think nothing good exists at RE? Whose playing the word games here.?? Not me thats for sure. I never changed my story one bit. Just because you can't read English text doesn't make me the story teller. If you read back in this thread on more than one occasions I said they made good products, another post I noted that they made great subs and if someone can overlook the bad cust service then that was their choice.

My point has been you are only keying in on the negative aspects of dealing with a small company (slow service sometimes, etc) and ignoring the positives.

You want to hate on small companies for not living up to the 'service' of a JL Audio, RF, Sony etc, by all means go shop at BestBuy. Its sort of sad, one thing American's still do right is build big bad-*** subwoofers. Yet so many American car audio enthusiasts don't even see it. They want a Japanese speaker to go in theirt Japanese car. *shrug* /end rant

I see it but I don't want to wait months for a sub. Let alone wait even longer for a replacement if there is a problem with it. Oh and one more thing Mr. American made, what brand head unit do you own? what brand amp do you own?? Where is most of that made..........guarantee its not here in the US. Atleast not all of them are. I'm all for American made merchandise but if RE wants to earn MY patronage and business they have to improve on the CUST Srvc end of it first.

That is not all you said. You seem to forget you said "To be honest I'm still trying to find some positives with RE". Im not trying to bash you down for it, but my point was you are only addressing the bad points of a small company, and not the good ones. Your reponse has been you dont like their CS. Fine, but dont bury your head in the sand when you imply there is no good reasons for chosing a small company and someone replies that there are (notice Ive said small company all along, not just RE... so you can stick that Im just a fanboi arguement right back where you pulled it from). You either cannot grasp the point Im making (that there are good points to buying from small companies) or you simply refuse to. Hate RE's customer service all you want, hate RE if you want, call me a fanboi all you want, but every time you imply buying from a small company only has its drawbacks, I'll be glad to point out you are wrong. The rest of the 'label queen' crap is simply your attempt to undermine myself personally, since your arguement against my point is weak, and you know it.

you guys are going back and forth like a baby. If you had bad experience please make your own thread about it. I wanted to keep it related and to the topic. I have 3pages of people arguing.

anyways back on topic, I just found out that the best result is facing up the roof. Facing the front not that good. Facing the back not enough room and doesn't sound as good. Facing up best results. Also found a song that hits like crazy Usher and LittleJohn. ****en loud. I guessed it depends on the song. Its not the woofer. I set the gains back to 41 volts. It slams like no other song. Not at real low frequency song but its ****en loud!!! So its not the woofer, its the songs that make it loud. Some songs have no bass and most of my songs are mp3 so the quality of bass is not that great!!!

Love the XXX. It was the songs in the end!!! Burned MP3 lol

*sigh* What things floating around? According to RE, they are just out of parts (again) and the XXX is NOT getting redesigned. Its amazing how fast that rumor spreads.

Actually, David posted somewhere (don't even remember which forum) that it was redesigned. He didn't mention if it was the new "super" sub or not, but he did confirm there are changes.
