Sup guys my friend got a 10" a/d/s subwoofer for free. its in a sealed enclosure and it looks like an old school subwoofer. I wish I kept the sub overnight but I didn't. And there is this this plate amp hooked up to the box and then the power and the ground terminals are like this metal posts.
What kind of wire terminals fit those metal stick like poles??
I ask him how much ohms is the sub? and he said he doesn't know so I was like okay, And I hook up the sub to my VR300watt amp and then it was gonna put out a 4ohm load so I turn up to level 18/33 (Amp perfectly set for my RE8s) and the sub started to distort!. I can't believe my 2 RE8s killed my friends a/b/s sub.
Im guessing the sub is 100watts rms and 150watts peak right??
