A nice PM explaining the situation, and politely asking the members to remove their avatars promptly, or a mod will remove it, would be nice. The rules I/we can deal with, its the fact of a "slap in the face, take it like you like it" is, i think, what has most of the members upset.

Some people do have kids that are with them when they are on the site, Im sure they dont want their kids seeing that all the time.
I dont see what the big deal is.
