Noob Question Speaker Adapter?

I got some 6.5in coaxes up front do I have to buy an adapter in order to mount them cause from the looks of it there not gonna mount cause the way the old speakers were kinda like a triangle?

i got a 98 tacoma btw

welcome to the site, and you might need adapters. search online and see what your stock speakers are, and get back to us and we can help you from there

Speakers should ALWAYS be mounted to an MDF baffle. Just make one. Throw some deadening on your door while you are in there.
