Noob Electrical Question

How strong of a Sub Amplifier can my stock Alternator (136 amps) power without major problems? I was planning on upgrading the battery, just didnt know which battery. I dont know anything about how these systems affect on the vehicles electrical.

I was wanting this Amp....

right now Im running a JL 500/1 but been wanting more. the Crown amps are sweet! any imput you guys could give would be great.

The 1100.1 should be ok. But the 2200.1 would defintly be pushing it.
