ok now onto your questions do you have your rcas hookup up right, cause if you dont thats your problem, lol and are you in pro mode or normal mode cause if you are in pro mode that option is not available. and the normal and reverse settings are for the non fader it just reverses the singal goin to the amp, somone else can go into more detail about it cause i personally dont completely understand what it does. ok after lookin in the 8443 manual, it says that the non fader phase selection is to switch between the two to let the speakers combine without dis harmony
