nobody likes rockford fosgate??

I dont think anyone is saying the T15kw sucks. We are saying it, like all other amplifier designs, has its advantages and disadvantages.
I guess all I have heard out of anyone but Steve is the disadvantages //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Like anything new the first ones are bigger and more expensive, would you try it though if it was 250 and the size of a normal amp?
Absolutely. But there's a fat chance that you can cram that much capacitance in an amp and have it be remotely near a normal amplfier's size.

how big were the first computers in the 50's and 60s? ........bigger then a FOOTBALL field, real to reals spinning every direction.....for what would probably amount to the memory/power capability of a modern Jpeg......give it time young grasshopper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
And if this technology is adopted and advanced to this point than I may see advantages. We just dont have the storage technology yet.

so far no disadvantages other then shear size.....it is a big *** amp.

now who wants to come over for cookies and milk (or beer and redhot cheetohs/frito's) and check it out for themselves.....

just say the word //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I used to be a TV salesmen and with in about 5 years Plasmas went from being 6-8inches thick and $10,000 to 3-4inches thick and $1,500. Technology has to start somewhere and it will advance and get better, cheaper, and more compact //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Its because he is the only one that can give them since it doesnt offer many on paper and he is the one that has used it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

again, if there were a way to make that many capacitors small enough to be reasonable, and the price was less than $1 a watt, I'd be on that like a fat kid on a cake

look im a caveman, i havent been in school for 20 years.........i cant compete in the math department with some (most) of you that are still in school. Not many people can (ever see teh show "5th grader".....) its hard, you forget so much over the years. Thats beside the point, everyone who has no experience says these amps **** and cant do what they say but the fact is, i have hooked 2 up and as nervous as i was by listening to you guys spout off, i was genuinly relieved when i heard them the first time. Not only are they insanely loud they are some of the cleanest car amps on the market...if not THE.
again, it may be lost in the mix here are two links.

here is testing on YOUR LEVEL not mine, i am a caveman......and they (audiograph) are unbiased and have NOTHING to do with RF.

http://www.audiograph.se/

here is the explanation link.

Well d*mn

i wouldnt lie to you guys. If it was a big, generic audiobahn amp and it performed this good, i would prop it up just as much. If it sucked, i would seriously have taken them out already. 30,000 class A/B watts on 5 batteries and 2 alts is a feat of technology and if you know the difference betweeen class D and A/B there is no arguement //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

thanks, i dont hear that very much on this board....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif especially when people got flame throwers aimed at me 24/7 here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
I was trying to be like you lol....2001 tahoe, 4 15s (not 18s) but you made me do it, so now sell me one of your 4000ds!!

Okay I'll start. Those big *** T15kw's look sick as hell in the back of Steve's truck. And for auditioning/bass racing/etc that Steve does alot of, the design intent is perfect. Its just not for everyone, at least not as I understand it to work.

And I agree they are indeed not for everyone, no amp is for everyone. But for the people who need that kind of power I think it is a great concept and once perfected I feel it will be one of the best out there if it isnt already in that power range

if you paid FULL MSRP on a T4000.1bd $2800 (which people b!tchen about price in this thread) you are only paying .56 a watt.....now how bad is that and NO ONE hardly pays MSRP. Most of them are VERY close to 5,000 watts ive seen many that were well into the 5k range

back that down to what you guys are normally finding them for, what $1600 on a good deal (with warranty) that is 32 cents a watt.

fleabay, 1400 (or less no warranty) your looking at .28 a watt.

how can anyone b!tch.....car audio is NOT for the broke. Never has been //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif trust me i spent YEARS not having what i wanted and i would gave my right nut to get that amp i wanted for 28 a watt. Back in the caveman day $1.00 a watt was considered good.
