RE SL 10's or SI BM MKIII's

Getting tired of the 8w7 in my 08 Ford CrewCab Superduty. Have a jl 500/1 going to the 8w7 but now want to put 3 RE SL 10's behind rear seat or 2 SI BM MKIII's. I would use the 500/1 for now, but upgrade soon to 1000 watt amp. Which subs do you guys think I should go with? Thanks
