No sound on new addition

I have an Alpine Aix w650 Bluetooth headset with backup cam
A pac tr1 brake trigger module
2002 Silverado
Subs and amp all work fine
I got a alpine KTP-445 inline amp pac
Stereo power on subs play no sound out of door speakers through power pack inline amp

Took it out plugged the stereo back into wires harness
Works fine
I had the deck installed so never understood the pac-tr1 but they said it was a needed option
Could that be why the inline amp doesn’t seem to amplify or turn on !????

Stereo power on subs play no sound out of door speakers

This part is confusing. The subs do play? The door's speakers do not play?
Do you have an amplifier for the doors? (Not including the KTP-445)
