Nice Install w/pics - Cutting Edge

You, my friend are retarted lol and have much to much free time after the sugery.
Funny thing is, out of all that posted, i really considered mounting my Pioneer Revs in my rear doors instead of my back deck because of the pressure from the subs in the trunk. Still undecided with the subs but im leaning heavy towards AA again:up2somet:
It would help doing them in the doors as you also don't get reflections off the back glass which can make them over power the front stage. I run mine off a toggle as you know, so they're only played at LOUD volumes. I still have a set in the rear deck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Did this in anticipation of throwing 2 more 1500D's on the subs in a few weeks, so they'll be getting around 2500watts each //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Crappy part is that my ears are totally clogged up from the surgery, so I can't hear a **** thing right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Tried it once, but the flux capacitor wasn't fully charged, so I had to throw her into Reverse to go back in time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Dang. I bet at bull bore those front bumper speakers create enough air movement to get up to 88mph backwards too!

you have way too much time on your hands....do what normal people do and relax a couple days before surgery ha ha

I disagree. It's good to see some light-hearted humor around here every once in a while. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

So you added another set of Revs to go with the current set in the rear deck? And by the way, another set of 1500ds to got with your current set on those

HD3s should be insane //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Would love to see a vid of that in actions......

I'm post surgery right now and can't do much of anything, so yep I'm a little bored and also try to distract myself from the pain...

Sorry but thats just retarded
Ya think....glad you "got it" Captain Obvious //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

But you will see posts pop up now and then with guys mounting speakers on the outside, worrying about how to be heard from blocks away, wanting to increase the rattles in there car. So I did a parody of all those posts...

Should be pretty loud/clean when it's all done. 1500D in the pic is #3 that I picked up last week for $200, and I'll be buying #4 on Wednesday. Also need to grab another Deka and some KLM to do another run of 1/0.

Still not 100% sure on where I can mount the amps as I'm pretty much out of space. Might have to do them on the backs of the rear seats if I can't find a place to hide them.

Maybe I'll try to capture the rear window flex as it's about 3/4" near the roof line.

The 8's have a frequency response of 40hz and up. So I would cross them over at 60hz and up. And crossover my subs at 80hz. That way I would get a...

They have pre-cut wood if you pay extra at the hardware store. Just draw it out. But you'll have to pay extra. Then screw it in yourself...
