Newbie upgrading 2001 Silverado Xcab speakers

I have a 2001 Silverado Xcab and I need help choosing replacement speakers for the doors. My setup right now is as follows:

Head Unit: Alpine iDA-X100

Audio Processor: Alpine PXA-H100

Amplifier 1: Bazooka ELA60.4 60w x 4 @ 4ohm 4ch

Amplifier 2: Bazooka ELA300.1 300w x 1 @ 4ohm 1ch

Front Speakers: Infinity Reference 6020cs 6.5"

Rear Speakers: Infinity Reference 6412cfp 4x6"

Subwoofers: 2 Infinity Reference 1050W 10"

Sub Enclosure: MTX Thunderform

I will be upgrading the amps as follows:

Amplifier 1: Alpine PDX-4.100 4ch Amplifier

Amplifier 2: Alpine PDX-1.600 Mono Amplifier

I will be keeping the subs and box until I make some decisions. So the questions I need help with will be what 6.5" components for the front and what 4x6" for the rear. I know rears are fround upon, but I have family that rides in the back.

I can spend $300 for the fronts and $100 for the rear and will shop online. Thanks in advance for the help.

$95 Infinity 462.9cfp Component Rear

$169 Infinity 60.9cs Component Front

$198 Alpine SPX-17REF Component Front

$289 Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS Component Front

Front stage = HSK165. Nothing will beat it under the 300 dollar price range assuming all variables are the same.

The HSKs are the easy call. You can do whatever you like in the rear and just fade it to the front until people are riding with you. Watch what you put in the back, in my 95 Silverado I have a problem with mid-bass vibrating the stupid plastic of the molding the covers them. I am getting ready to change them out and keep the mid bass out of the corners or at least out from behind that plastic.
