I searched a bunch of speakers but dont know quality of some of the stuff I searched. Somebody mention elamental design ED9Kv2, but I found 3 things on google about the speaker. I am looking at putting 2 8" speakers in a sealed box with 1.54 space(size before subs). Mounting depth is at 4 1/2 now but can add a 1/4 or 3/8 ring to bring it out a bit. I do not have anymore space and judging by box size I dont want any more than 2 speakers. This goes in a crew cab truck behind rear seat and takes up all the room from one side to the other. I am considering the L5 8" due to it being more known. I will be running a 600 watt amp bridged to them since they say to run them under powered. Is there any ideas on how this will work? Will this setup be too under powered or just right?I dont think I want a shollow mount sub. I might also go with the CVR's. Not looking to be loud. I just want better sound in the truck. Just want to add some decent bass if it makes sense. good sound and all around bass is what im looking for since I listen to a variety of music with most being alternative/punk.
