I have such a hard time deciding between the two. Currently you can see my system in my sig, but i deff want a change. I want to either go really loud or sound really good. I have it narrowed down to two subs, either 2 15" type r's in box's tuned to 32hz or 2 12" D6s in 1cuft sealed each. I will power both fully but cannot decide. Do the type r 15"s get as loud as i hear and do the D6s sound good as well as get pretty loud? Throw some comments at me and help me decide. I am ordering prolly tuesday.

^^ and the D6 would do the job in that category? If i go with these imma get diamond components and amps so everything is diamond.

toss in a 1500 watt amp and your golden.

those two are not really spl subs. both are sql subs. if you want spl get two L7

Dude deff go with D6s they get prety loud and sound good, and like he said the d61500 is a good amp for them.

I had all diamond, except lower end components, but they were pretty nice. I had the dual D6 12's sealed in a 1.0 cubic ft. per driver and the results were great. Not to mention I was only using a d6 1000.1. The 1500 watts will make them pound and sound great while doing it. Right now I have one D6 with a D6 1000.1, and it sounds nice man, sounds as good as my dual 12w3v2 sealed setup i had a while back. The d6 rocks.
