newbie question

i was looking at an amp with

4 x 110W @ 2 Ohms

2 x 220W @ 4 Ohms

i have two set of speakers (4 total) and they only need 150 max watt. they are 4 ohm rated. i was wondering if i hook it up in the 4 ohn way and put 2 speakers in the terminal, and the other two in thew other terminal,....... will it divide the wattage in half among the two in there? so 4 speakers speaker will get 110watts at 4 ohms???
