Newbie Question, Request For Recommendation

What amp or what type of amp should I get?

Woofers: 2 of 12" Memphis Audio MS124D, RMS 200 @ 4ohm, 400 Peak, Dual Voice Coil speakers.

I am not sure how they are wired in the box, I am assuming Parallel.

The woofer box has two sets of redXblack speaker wire inputs in its back.

Does this mean they probably need a 2 ohm amplifier source?

If so, does that mean they can handle more than 200 RMS?

Would a Mono amp that supplies 500 x 1 channel x 2 ohms do me right?

What do you recommend?
