Newbie Question regarding 15" subs and aero ported enclosure build

Hello all,

I'm new here and looking to build my first round/aero port enclosure.

I have built numerous sealed boxes and 2 slot ported boxes.

I recently acquired two cheap 15" subs and would like to try them out, basically test them.

Specs are as follows:

Fs(Hz): 23.4

Qms: 6.589

Vas(ft3): 5.451

Xmax(mm): 15.3

Xmech(mm): 22.95

Qes: .84

Re(ohm): 4

Voice Coil: Dual 2ohm

V.C. Diameter(in): 2.5

Rms: 1200

Max: 2800

Qts: .745

1w/1m SPL(db): 85.6

Overall Diameter(in): 15.75

Overall Height(in): 9.375

Mounting depth(in): 8.5

I have tried to list all the specs I can, if this means anything.

This is for a 1993 Chevy silverado 1500, I have deleted the rear seat and have apprx.

Width(in): 58

Depth(in): 28-30

Height(in): 26(but could go higher)

I will, more than likely, be building numerous boxes to try these subs in.

First though I want to build a box close to manufacturer specs.

Port diameter: (2) 4(in)X11.75(in)

Tuned FB:35(HZ) F3:29(HZ)

Now as I mentioned I have never built a aero port enclosure more less one with dual(2) ports per enclosure. I plan to build this box with a separate chamber per subwoofer.

How do I properly build aero ports. Any special flanges? Router the four holes insert pvc pipe and glue to the mdf?

How do I do this??? Which way should the subs fire and ports fire, do I stack the ports(if so how much space between each)

I am new here and if this has been asked before please link me in the right direction.

Any and all help is appreciated along with DRAWINGS to help me visualize.

As well if anyone sees anything wrong with these specs and has a better design LMK as I do plan to try a few different designs, but again would like to begin with manufacturers specs.

I am not looking for record breaking SPL, I would like a little of both SPL and SQ though.

Even if the front seat is a bench seat and the port would be inches from the wall?

My thought is that the sound would resonate more if ports up???

Does anyone have a writeup on the proper way to do round ports or any advice i will have a total of four ports. Two for each sub in its own chamber/box.

Can I stack the ports, do I need them on each side of the sub, will it matter?

Drawings are appreciated to better help me understand.
