Newbie question: Did I buy a decent system and what tools do I need for installation?

Hi all,

I have a 2004 Ford Expedition XLT with standard CD player. I am looking to upgrade my sound system because it's just horrible.

I bought some new sound equipment but I have no idea what cables/wires I have to buy to install them. Can someone please tell me what cables and tools I need? Thanks for the tips in advance.
