newbie question about the Stereo Integrity 12" Mag D2

hi

im thinking on getting one of these subs or perhaps 2, if i can save up enough. I never had experience with this sub or even seen one in person. i have heard a lot of GREAT things about them on this board so thats the main reason im tempted to try 'em out. however, im wondering, are there many different models of the 12" versions or have they ran the same model for a while?

also, are older models more or less sought after than the newer models, or vice-versa??

or are they all basically built/perform the same?

sorry, just i dont know much about the history of this sub model or company thanks!

Right now SI is actually on the 4th version of the mag.

The new mags, which have been out for over a year now, are the best performing mags ever made.

So if you have a choice, go with the newest version. The older claw mags were decent drivers, but don't compare to the newest version.

I have the new gen mags and they are in a1.1 cu.ft.(per sub) sealed box and they sound great sealed and they do get loud,they are as clean of a sub i have ever heard the only sub that i heard of personally that comes close is the old audiomobile mass 12 now those sub were very clean sounding...can`t wait till i get my ported box so that I can really see what their made of..btw I`m feeding my mags 1200 watts apeice.
