Well I've parted ways with my 12w7. As I begin hitting up the local shops for "hearing tests" on another sub I wanted to get an opinion from some of my fellow audiophiles. I've got in mind a handful of companies including JL and the w6, Treo, eD, RE, Image Dynamics, Memphis Audio, Arc Audio, Ascendant Audio, Diamond Audio, and SoundSplinter. I know it's a long list but I didn't want to confine myself. Of course being in a small town I may not actually get to hear all of them which is why I'll take into account some of your opinions. Most of the companies I listed lean more toward SQ (though that may be just my opinion). I know there are alot more companies out there but for me I've narrowed it down to these. So feel free to chime in. Oh and also for you guys working at the install shops have you had a chance to listen to the cDT StageFront system?

I have a rl-p and a IDMAX. the idmax is def. my fave sub yet,sounds amazing,and gets loud when I want it too.

Where did you shop for your IDmax. The local shops around here mainly carry "Brand Names".

dd 3500's, treo tsx, JL w6v2, idmax. those are the woofers i would consider.
