Started it up a couple of days ago finally got done with all the figuring, Hopefully.. I'm sure something will come up later that I'll have to modify but thats how it is so here is the progress so far!

OK.. here is my question. Will the 45 running down the middle benefit at all or should i not worry about gluing it in? Keep or not?

ports are 3.5"

I wanted to just do one big port but I would have had to turn it and it would have taken more airspace away. Also I don't want the air to shoot strait out instead of winding around the box to get out. Last reason is because I'm building the box to kicker spec. In the manual they say 6cuft 3.5"x16.25" port and 13.75" length for 1 sub. So i just doubled that to make what you see here.

 
it is cut but not glued. And it didn't take much wood at all to make so i'm not worried if i have to take it out. Would it actually improve airflow at all?
