well i have never had a problem with my 3800 engine beforemaybe a little longer on the head gasket.

and its not 4k, it takes about 2 hours to change a head gasket on your own if you know what your doing and you have the tools.damm thats slike 4k in repairs.
well i live in michigan and it doesn get super hot here, but in the winter it sucks because the salt they put on the roads make your vehicle look like shitMy car's black and it looks great but because I live in CA it can get hot inside. I think it looks the best but the most difficult to keep clean as a lot of things show up easily.

there is no doubt a black car gets warm, but a white car gets warm as well.

thanks for the info - now I can go buy that black car I've been dreamin' of but never bought because it got SO much hotter..
