New to car audio, need help choosing sub/amp

I'm not afraid to admit it, I'm a complete noob when it comes to car audio. Recently I've decide to add a sub to my car. I want to use this: Sub box. The box is made for 10" subs, sealed, and has an internal volume of close to .80ft^3. As far as I can tell the maximum mounting depth is 6.4". I'm looking for a good sub(SQ over SPL) to fit it and an amp to power it. Special note for the amp: the signals coming from the stock HU are balanced-differential so unless the amp accepts that I will need a LOC(line output converter). Budget is $400 for the sub and amp. Any suggestions, recommendations, or advice would be great.

goto woofersetc.com pick out something then ebay it. get you a line output converter and a kove line driver.
