New to Car Audio: Completely Clueless

So far have gotten great feed back thanks guy. Have a few more questions. Have the sub thing pretty much sorted out.

When dealing with subs is 1, 2, or 4 ohm preferred? I noticed the Fi subs only came with a dual 1, or Dual 2, so that is what brought this question around.

Also when looking at 6.5" comp speakers what specs should i be paying attention to?

Also is a ported, or sealed application better for a truck?

Are Alpine Type X 6.5" comp speakers worth a dang?

what is BP power and is it necessary in a sub? These Fi subs have that option and not sure what it is. Leaning towards getting a set of Fi subs over the JL Audio W6.

What is the difference between dual 1 ohm, and dual 2 ohm? and what does that mean I need for an amp?
