Looking to run Koda 8's and focal k2p or utopias... need an amp or amps... around 150rms a side... want great SQ so was looking at zapco 1000.4 but can it take 8v rca.. and also are their other cheaper amps with equal SQ and output...

that zapco will be fine with 8volts. Look into ARC Audio as well.

Mac's are just a little too high end but where can i find prices on arc amps online/ to buy.. And will The zapco Actually push 150 x4 at 4 ohm ???? are they underrated????

There is no such thing as "Too high end"
