Rear : Type r 6x9s or rev series 6x9s Getting any sugestions

Amp : kenwood 8641 60x4 Have

Subs: Type r 10s or diamond d6 Getting any sugestions

Sub amp: MRD 1005 alpine Getting any sugestions

How do you think this would sound in a honda civic coupe? Any suggestions to any other brands would be helpful Thanks

if you are going for SQ i would go with the diamond audio 10's, as far as the amp, i have a directed 1100d, i would go with it or the 1500d, they are great amps and can be had cheaply. The rev series definitely gets my vote for the 6x9's

I have never heard this amp before. What does it put out? Is it effiecent?

its very efficient, i had my directed 1100 D tested, it put out 1075 watts in 1 ohm at 14.4V and i never had it go into protect, ever, and i always ran in 1 ohm. i recomend them highly

DEI is the maker of Directed amps.

They also own Orion and Viper brands among others.

Directed make great amps.

Just depends on what you want. If you have the money for the alpine get it, Its class D so it will draw less current and it will help out your electrical system (I know I have a Orion 1200d, and it pulls a shit ton of current for the power it puts out. As for subs if you want SQ go for the diamond if you want SQL go for the Type R's. Rev Series 6x9s for the rears

Don't get he alpine amp or 6x9's. Get the rev's and look for a cheaper amp such as a directed, orion, jbl, kenwood, or even hifonics amp that will do the same job for much cheaper.

THE Alpine amp is only 330 new!! And i have heard good things about it. How is the Kenwood excelon amp? havent heard to many things on it?

Go with the Alpine amp if you can afford it, your elec. System will thank you, just make sure you buy dual 2 subs because that amp isnt rated to go down to 1 OHM. And the kenwood amp is a good one also

i have the rockford 800.2 4 ohm amp already and I want to upgrade the amp do you consider this an upgrade? my amp now is the a lil harsh on the elec system!

I would skip the 6X9's all together and get a better set of components up front. Rear fill is pretty silly to have in an SQ oriented car.
