The system just looks very amateur... the amp on the floor, the box which... well I don't think I need to comment on the box... this is the type of thing you see where it ends up in a stereo shop to get done right...

And as stereo shop employees have been killed by shoddy work in the past (airbags), I hate seeing it. Why start a job that you can't A: finish, and B: do properly.

last think i knew, dbhittin knew what he was doing... the presentation of the install matters little if you arent goin to shows and stuff. its how it sounds that counts.

Man you guys sound like a bunch of ladies. Yes the install could be better, but he did say it was temporary untill you got more subs or what not. Also boomnblazer, dont you think you are looking into it too much *****ing about if he gets in an accident his amps will hit him in the head? I mean take a chill pill and play with your kids some more and take a lesson from them. its dirty... its a 4wheel drive.. who cares... how does my box in the back look like shit? or installed wrong? soo if i were to buy a prefab box and stick it back there, same thing right? fire hazzard? alright buddy.. hows that? amp is hooked up just like it would be if it was in the back, but right behind the seat.. let me guess, i hooked up my head unit wrong too.. too bad i know more about shit that u

Did you read the part about stereo shop employees dying? I have reason to despise shoddy work. These are the types of people who let their tires wear down to the belts, and never change their oil.

They should have mopeds.

im not poor like that and no my shit wont catch on fire, yes there is a inline fuse, yes its grounded right......remember, this isn't a show car... shits gonna get dirty inside when your around dirt all the time

So it isn't a show car... I get it. It is no more difficult to do the install properly. Fasten the amp to the box... why would you run a wire that was too short? I just don't get it....

i bought a amp kit.. ran it from one side of engine bay to the other, through the firewall, and thats all the further it made it... tomorrow im gonna get a dis. block and finish running it to the back and mount the amp to the back seat and maybe if its not raining, build a dual 12 ported box... anything else u would like

the back is clean as hell and i could care less if my carpet is dirty.. this is the first vehicle i had with carpet..
