Shok thats really clean, I like what you did, lol. I guess some people(myself included) like doing 100% as perfect as possible jobs that are finished products but I know alot of people that dont need to mental comfort of having done a sound job.

Are you talking about post #86? Cause that isn't mine... I think I posted pics of mine somewhere, so if you haven't got the pics mixed up, and you were actually looking at mine, then thanks! :p I am a perfectionist when it comes to my car. You should see me go after rattles... So many hours of my life... I'll never get those back.

The only rattle in my car is the ****ed two buttons on the bottom right of my 7998. Eject and angle... bastards!

How did this thread all of a sudden turn into my system?? I must be an idiot huh...like as much as an idiot who happens to care for his gear and actually secures down the amps and such, unlike the character that started this thread. I see no one else telling me that it isn't safe. It's as safe as it gets. Please explain why it isn't safe????
They want the fuse before the firewall... I think that is their complaint. Funny though... A fire starts in the back of your car... you pull over, get out, and watch your car burn. That's a bad day. Course, you get into an accident, an amp tossed on the floor of your car, not secured, could easily kill somebody once it's become airborne. This is not that far fetched a scenario... as I bet a Jeep would roll rather easily.

I agree that a fuse should be placed under the hood, as well as a fuse at each amp (or in the distro)... but I don't see how you can defend some shoddy work, and then narc on somebody for something that isn't a life threatining issue.

i havent read this WHOLE thread. but yes it is ugly, and if you want proof, you ran your speaker cable through the **** port.
