new system opinions

im about to install my new system.

its 2 12" Kicker L5 Solo-Barics and a KickerZX1000.1 amp in a sealed truck box hooked up with a 4 gauge wiring kit.

I am new to car audio systems and before i only had 2 10" Kicker Comps...

i was just wondering how this is going to compare.

will i feel it in my chest and will you be able to hear me coming down the street?

what kinda car u got? I'm assuming pickup but just to be sure.

your equipment should be loud, but 90% of the battle is the install. And I'm no fan of sealed boxes

why'd you go sealed? if you want loud, ported is the way to go

well i have a 2005 chevy silverado 1500 LS and boxes are REALLY hard to make for them.

and im not worried about wiring it all up because i had a Kicker300.1 and 2 10" Kicker Comps and they sounded good just not enough. so its basically the same thing just bigger.

it'll be louder, but I don't expect you to "feel it in your chest" personally.
