just some new pics of my new system

6 American Bass XD 10's in a custom built box tuned to my caprice's trunk specs and speakers specs. its got over 7.5 cuft if im not mistaking. Pushin them on hifonics 2607d @ 1.3 ohms. running 2 extra huge batteries in trunk. all 0 gauge in trunk. sounds great. just got the system 3 days ago. the box is brand new, the second day the port started breaking because he forgot to seal the inside of the port. i fixed it lastnight though. emlers wood glued her all the way down inside and outside port and re-screwes nails in. now she sounds great as new again. this is probly the loudest system i've ever had. Im happy and i dont know what to do with myself...lol just thought i'd tell sum 1...lol

Yeah, you might want to do something about that. Might want to put some carpet or paint on that box too.

idk about how well a side port does in a trunk, but seal up the speaker wire holes around the wires with silicone. other than that, enjoy.

side port loads alot better in my opinion works great in my corolla 15 firing trunk lid and 8 aero firing passenger side trunk

i was always told that port back was better whether the sub faces up or back. thats how ive always done it at least.

Box started coming apart after a couple of days? Sounds like bad craftsmanship to me, or just not using the right kind of adhesive...you don't have to line the corners of a box for it to stay together...

i'd brace anything accordingly running over 1500rms those subs get loud for how cheap they are a friend of mine has 2 on a lul crunch 1500.1 and it get pretty **** loud with probably around 300rms
