New sub install producing random niose

I have tried several ground points in the trunk. Each one was cleaned down to bare metal. I still get the interference. The amp has speaker level inputs. I am thinking of trying to connect it this way. Could I have a bad loc?

No I think you have a bad ground on your LOC. To find out if I'm right, simply get a length of speaker wire. You will only need one side of either so choose either + or - and rip it away from the other half. Now, touch one end of this wire to your ground. Then touch the other end to the exposed parts of both rcas going in to your amp making sure not to touch this to your remote or power wire. Did your noise stop? If so, you need a better ground at your LOC.

Be sure to see the sub specs. It should tell you the ideal sealed enclosure size.

Those subs are 400w RMS each, and that dual enclosure is 800w RMS with a 2ohm load. That's a 4ch amp that does 55w x 4 @ 4ohm, & 75w x 4 @ 2ohm...
