new sub and amp. opinions pls

2 15" power Hx2's powered by Memphis ST-1500d. how do you think that would sound? Do you think its to much, or should I go with some 12" power Hx2's or what. Need hellp!!!!

well you have a choice here with the hx2 series you will have a 1 ohm or 4 ohm load the 1500d will work into a min of 2 ohms..so 750 watts to the pair..the 1000d would push them at 1 ohm with 1000 watts....dei 1100d would do 1400 watts dei also has viper audio as a higher line amp...
