When I sold JL we had a guy bring an amp in, said his girlfriend bought it. Found her name in the system, requested an RMA, and got it sent in.
This 500/1 had rust and water marks on it...well it came back a few weeks later, repaired and working great. There was no charge at all. JL takes care of their customers.
