12 W7 mounting depth=9.5, i only can get 8 inches because evenythough i can get 1.5 cubes the absolute max mounting depth is 8 inches.

i know i was asking if the W7 you have now is ported or not

if it is, you'll most likely be dissappoint with 2 12's sealed... if you ran it sealed... 2 12's that'll fit will be loud

yeah, Ive had 2 12's sealed before, I just got that W7 because it was a phenomenaly cheap price when i bought it off of my friend brand new, I actually think i payed around 300 for it. As for the 1000/1 there have been alot of threads here lately about them breaking down, so i figured that i would sell it back to my friend to for the same price that i bought it at and invest in a new setup.

Naw, i dont really wanna trade for the W7 because for the price that i paid, I could sell it to someone in my town, and make a profit. But To repeat the earlier question is the SS RL-p an SQ or SQL driver?

install/box dependant.

its 'SQ oriented' , but that is nothing but merely a label...you can make any sub do what you want it to do.

for example, look around for #'s ppl post of what they got on the meter.

theres some1 on here w/ his RL-p's, that got in the upper 150db's...

RL-Ps perform wonderful in sealed..... never heard them ported yet, but sealed they pound.

Yeah, Ive got local buyer on all of the JL equipment, but the Components, Ill think ill keep them for a while. But as of right now the new system is...........Alpine CDA 9853, ED Nine.1, ed Nine.4, 2 SS RL-p's sealed in about 1.4 cubes (after displacement). Also where can i but 1/0 Guage wire for cheap online.
