New Setup 2003 rsx

my car recently got smashed so my insurance is paying to replace my old sound system, im currently running 2 2009 10" jl w3 off a clarion xr2110 amp with auditor rip165c off of a alpine mrp f250, im from Canada and it costs a lot to ship and boarder fees i have 650$ for new door speakers, tweeters , sub ,amp, sub and sub box, right now i'm currently looking at replacing it with these and figured id come to you guys for some advice and reviews before i purchase or any alternatives in the price range. I would personally take the money and just buy a set of components focal k2's or hat Clarus

i have to give them the old stuff back, the subs box and amp
