new set up please help

I am running 2 12 IDQv.3 with a Arc Audio 1000.1 right now but i want to try something new, i have $1200 from income tax to spend.. this is what i have in mind:

2 12 Focal 33v2 in seal box

or

1 12 Morel Ultimo in seal box

which option from above will give me better sound quality?

and a new set of component ( Focal)?

please give me advice

I found a store around that i can get 2 12 Focal 33v2 for $700 out the door, is that a good deal? do they worth $700? thanks
