New Rockford Fosgate woofers!

my friend has 2 12" P2's in the RF prefab off a 900w RF amp with a RF cap. It cost him a little over 1k. I had a pair of 10" Kicker Comps off 300 Hifonics-Brutus-Watts Those cost me ~$250. I was louder and cleaner.

I hate Punch subs.

also buying those subs from somewhere like bestbuy because they're so mainstream, you get fucked on price completely

subs look good, amp needs some red fosgate letters and the v in the top part kinda looks like a kenwood badge, dont look all that bad.

i like the simple look of the punch line amps now, very clean and classic.

and why do they have the money ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Because people like me and Ramos who buy the old classic's so people are forced to buy new. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Because contrary to everyone calling them sellouts for going to BB , they have been and still continue to be a big time player in the mobile audio field //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Do tell? Maybe a sweet little 2002 for tweets? Or T1500.4?

Those who say RFs new amps ***** probably never used one. I find the newer punch amps to provide great power for the dollar while being very reliable and backed by a company you know will be there for a long time to honor your warranty. That is something you can never expect out of these internet based comapnies.

i agree the sub looks classy. im not exactly a rockford fanboy but they look nice and their amps have always been pretty solid.

Can you compare that to the older amps? Like how do these perform compared to the late 80's early 90's amps?

not tryin to pick on you (or anyone else for that matter) but how many people that say things like that were actually around for those amps? (example- your profile says your 25) I would bet that more than half the people that say that have never even SEEN an early 90's rockford amp? Their amps have always been solid except in the early 2000's (kinda shaky but still better than alot of amp companies...)

I understand that, however people who have grown with these things know the difference in quality from the older products to the new. Once rockford became so mainstream there's no doubt that the product value and quality decreased some what. Now we have companies like Arc, DLS, Rainbow that create highly sought after products, at or near the same price point of the RF stuff etc that will knock its socks off. It's also a matter of persona opinion but thats how I feel.
