1. whats the best way to crimp 4-0 awg ring terminals

answer: crimpers/plyers is what i use //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

2. explain what you need a cap for and how would i explain to someone that they dont need it??

answer: a cap can help stop light dimming and help save your alternator. you would tell them to try the "big 3" maybe a high uotput alternator usually that will fix most of thier problems

3. whats proper shop etiquette on borrowing tools??

answer: ask your boss never take "his tools" or ask who ever the tools belong too. and give a good reason y you need it.

4. what would i need to put in my tool box tool wise besides strippers, screwdrivers and cutters???

answer: razor blades, test light, meters, electrical tape, heat shrink tube , and beer if your boss is cool //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

5. whats the proper amount of wire to take when you need to wire something?? like take more than u need or take just enough???

answer: when i get wire i always buy at least 2-3 feet more than i need and then i use the scrap for my ground wire //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I use a hammer and a small punch for large gauge wire

2. explain what you need a cap for and how would i explain to someone that they dont need it??

never found a problem where a cap was the answer.

3. whats proper shop etiquette on borrowing tools??

I don't unless offered, and even then feels strange too me

4. what would i need to put in my tool box tool wise besides strippers, screwdrivers and cutters???

wrenches, socket set, assorted blades ( razor, exacto), dmm ( a must), 12v test light, a battery ( check speaker polarity ), assorted kinds of tape, soldering iron, maybe even a heat gun or small torch for heat shrink

5. whats the proper amount of wire to take when you need to wire something?? like take more than u need or take just enough???

Always take more than you need, as it's easy to cut off extra. And a PITA to add more

thanks for your help guys
