New Install

You need to take the plastic off all around the radio. There might be screws or it might just be clips holdind it on like mine. Go check out a civic forum for that info. Once plastic is off there should be 2 to 4 screws holding your HU in. You dont even need the LOC since you have RCA's coming from the HU. Run your power wire from the battery to the 12v on your amp. Put a fuse in this wire about 6 or 8 inches from the battery terminal..While your radio is out you also need to run a remote wire from your radio (usually blue and might be called "remote" or "Pcon" or "rcon") and run that back to your "turn on" on your amp. As for the Ground just find a good non painted metal spot somewhere near the amp and make that as short as possible using the same guage of wire you used for your Power wire......Hook the ground wire to the amp 1st before hooking any other wire up. I hope this helps you...If not then you should take it to someone that knows what they're doing
