oh yea they will fit =P
what you do is make a wood bottom (5 sides -bottom\side\side\side\side) and then make a frame for the center part...make a bottom contour then cut out the top part where the plexiglass goes with the cup holders (just use two pieces of 4" PVC for them or somthin)
then get some wood scraps, and mount it on the bottom contour of the console like you would do a fiberglass subwoofer baffle... then stretch fleece along the sides and attach to the UNDERSIDE of the top and the bottom of the bottom (so you dont get any overlapping from the fleece to sand down - pain in the ***)
then resin it all and the console is almost done.
all ya do next, is make some flushmount L7 10" baffles, and do the same thing ya did with the console, and mount them to where they fit and look nice. then calculate how much airspace is gonna be in there (stretch the fleece and fill with peanuts BEFORE glassing) and put a 3 or 4" pvc port in there to come above the amp- and cut a hole in the fleece to glue it in place (maybe not all the way in, i have a secret) and sand it down and resin it all.
then more than half that PVC port should be sticking out (not gonna be an EXACT tune, but itl be close) after its all glassed and the ports are in place, glue a piece of fleece to the front of the pvc ports (like it looks in the pictures - make sure you sand where the ports are gonna be connect or else they wont stick to the resin) then stretch it back to your new enclosure you just glassed, and make it look all smooth =)
then just glass that, put some fiberglass resin on the INSIDE of the enclosure and a bit of fiberglass, or a 1\4" layer of kittyhair or duraglass will take the place of fiberglass matte.
then sand\fill\sand\skim\prime\sand yada yada.
cut the bottom of the center console to mount the amp up in that hole... get a piece of tinted plexiglass to hide the amp...
hopefully that gives you a good idea how to build it up =P
i wish i worked at a shop where i did this stuff. i really have some stuff i wanna try out.
*sigh*
